Can I change my united award flight if I have covid?
What are my options if I am exposed to COVID before an international United award flight? Haven’t tested positive, but ideally would move the flight just to be on the safe side (and out of consideration). Unfortunately, saver availability is not available on successive days, would United help or am I out of luck?

You should be able to cancel it for free but probably out of luck about rescheduling if no availability is available.
