• Can you link the same credit card to multiple dining reward programs?

Who has looked into all the dining rewards programs you can link your cards to? Are there multiple networks? Can you link the same card to each network and stack the rewards if they feature the same restaurant?

For example: Bilt Dining + AAdvantage Dining + Simply Miles

Most of the hotel and airline dining programs use the same networks – from personal experience Choice, Hilton, Marriott, Southwest, and AAdvantage are the same. If you try to add the same card to multiple you’ll get a notice that it was de-enrolled from the earlier programs.

I’ve never seen restaurants in those programs also available in SimplyMiles or with Chase/US Bank offers to stack. Only stack opportunity was Dickey’s BBQ was once on SimplyMiles at the same time as a 10% offer on a Chase Freedom Flex.

You generally can’t link multiple cards to, for instance, the Hilton dining network. If you try, it severs the previous link. I suspect there are others that you can.

They’re mostly run by the same backend so unlikely you can stack
