Is it worth arriving early at Newark (EWR) to go to Polaris lounge?

Flying out of Newark (EWR) terminal B at 12pm. Is it worth it to arrive early to go to the Polaris lounge first in terminal C and then take the Airtrain over? Or should I just go to one of the Star Alliance business class lounges in terminal B?

Yes. And usually in the morning it is empty too

I was really impressed with the United Polaris International lounge. Highly recommend

If you have the time, go early. The other Star Aliiance lounges really can’t compare
