We rented a 3-bedroom apartment through Booking.com in Abu Dhabi, which turned out to be much more affordable for the six of us compared to hotel options for a whole week.

    We had a fantastic time!

There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, like going on a desert tour, visiting the Grand Mosque (which was breathtaking), spending time at the beaches, strolling along The Corniche, shopping, and even going on a kayak tour through the mangroves.

    Those two spots are awesome.

    Here are some pointers:

Don’t skip the Abu Dhabi mosque!

Catch the Dubai Fountain from a restaurant or bar with a view.

If you’re into it, make sure to snag tickets to the Museum of the Future ahead of time.

I arrived in Dubai yesterday, and we’re staying at the Heritage Hotel, which is part of the Marriott’s Autograph Collection.

It’s not top-notch, but we do have a view of the Burj Khalifa from our room.

The shower isn’t fantastic, but the location is excellent for the price we paid.

I’ve got an article about both cities that includes our suggestions for things to do, good places to eat, interesting tours, and beach clubs.

If you’re interested, just give me a heads up and I’ll send it over.

As for where we stayed, we opted for Airbnb.

We found a great spot in a convenient location, and it was super affordable since it was the off-season
