    Having the same issue with Iberia, should be 7-15 days but I’m still waiting on my refund since Jan 9th.

    When I contacted them I was told it hadn’t been processed because the customer service rep did not mention to me that there would be a cancellation fee, even though they did and I even agreed to pay the cancellation fee.

    I also agreed to pay the 25€ cancellation fee but that was 2 weeks ago.
