Yes, I agree.
It is ridiculous.
Unfortunately, most of their systems are built in the 1980s and instead of upgrading them, they just keep making temporary fixes.
Wish there was a way to fix it but there is no incentive for them to do so.
I had a KLM award that was booked online but there is no way to cancel online so I’d to spend 2 hours on the phone with them to do something that should take 10 seconds.
