You probably don’t get any extra baggage benefits on One World partners, only Iberia.
According to the Iberia website:
“Your Iberia Plus Plata card offers you an allowance of 1 additional piece of baggage of up to 23 kg on tickets with an allowance of 0 or 1 pieces on all flights purchased from and operated by the Grupo Iberia (Iberia, Iberia Regional Air Nostum e Iberia Express).
Plus you can benefit from extra weight of up to 32 kg per suitcase.
As an Iberia Plus Plata member, all sports equipment and musical instruments are included in your baggage allowance for all flights operated by the Iberia Group at no additional cost, provided that you do not exceed the allowance.”
