We stayed at the Grand Palladium in Jamaica on Wyndham Points earlier this year and there was no additional charge for our child.
With that said, the woman checking us in had never heard of Wyndham’s status, in fact, she acted like she had never heard of Wyndham.
The woman who checked us out was aware that they were in the Wyndham program.
I don’t think they get a lot of points bookings so I wouldn’t be surprised if they were inconsistent.
