    Of these, I’ve only stayed at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, but I recommend it without reservation (no pun intended!).

    We booked on points and as a Globalist got upgraded to a huge suite that had the added delight of being able to see Mt Fuji from our living room window on clear mornings.

    Phenomenal lounge with a myriad of food and beverage offerings;

    you could easily have a satisfying dinner in the lounge.

    Steps to the subway and an easy walk to the embassy area.

    The hotel also has a very high-end jazz club where it was fun to listen to the music while sipping a fine whisky and watching the wealthy local men trying to outdo each other with their trophy “dates”.
