My best advice to staying hydrated while flying:
1) Avoid alcohol, coffee, and salty snacks.
2) Drink lots of water before, during, and after the flight.
I fill up my water bottle before I get on because the flight attendants never give me enough water.
You can always go up and ask for more though.
3) I supplement the water with travel packs of Liquid IV which is a hydration multiplier.
Works wonders!
4) Try and sleep on the plane if possible.
Helps with grogginess.
