Neither CapitalOne nor Amex transfer to AA directly and the indirect route would turn those 32k points down to about 10k AA miles which just isn’t a good deal.
It also takes several days to complete.
With 90k AA you should be able to find a decent deal via AA if there is low-level saver space available.
