Best AA Card To Earn Elite Status By Spending Money?
What US credit card do you guys recommend to fast track to AA One World Emerald status, based on credit card spending?
(Got some big expenses coming up so thought of using the opportunity!)
I don’t fly too much normally so won’t be able to make status solely by flying.

The Citi AA Business Card has an elevated sign up bonus right now.
Bonus categories don’t matter if your goal is status because all cards earn 1LP/$ regardless of the spend categories so just pick whatever AA card you want.
If possible try to stack your purchases through the AA shopping portal for additional LPs.

I’d say the Citi AA World Elite Mastercard.
Comes with Admirals Club access.

Also the Barclays AA Aviator Personal is an option.
$99 fee, no spend required, and 24-month churn.
But I imagine business card spending also counts toward status.
