Best IHG Hotels In Europe To Use Points At?
2 questions about IHG points redemption:
Is redeeming in Europe the best use of IHG points or should I save them for another trip?
What are the best IHG hotels in Europe to redeem points at?
I’ve got about 2 months next summer (July/August/early September) to travel around and a lot of IHG points to spend but only if it is a good deal.
Already have travel in Germany, Norway, and Finland booked for some concerts but open to anything else y’all recommend assuming

For value (not luxury) we liked:
Brussels:
Hotel Indigo Brussels – great location, cool vibe!
Basel, Switzerland:
Holiday Inn Express Basel – quiet, kinda business park, new and the breakfast spread was amazing.
Berlin:
Holiday Inn Express Alexanderplatz – good breakfast, hotel kinda tired.
Good location for us (Alexanderplatz).
Prague:
Holiday Inn in Prague – it’s pretty out of the way, and I’d rather use my Hyatt points at the Lindner near Prague Castle.
Way better value.

Intercontinental Park Lane in London is wonderful.

Crowne Plaza in Verona was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in.
In Berlin, I was able to book a 2 room suite at the Berlin Crowne Plaza.

We really enjoyed the Crown Plaza in Bruge.
Beautiful city too!

Intercontinental in Dublin is lovely.

The Kimpton in Barcelona was amazing and had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
10/10!!

Athenaeum Intercontinental in Athens was very nice and pretty good location too.
