Best Way To Use AMEX Points To Book Travel To Europe?
I am trying to find a way to use Amex points to travel from North Carolina to Europe in February 2024 but not finding an effective way to use them.
I currently have 110k points but I found a revenue flight for only $400.
Should I keep trying to find a good use of points or are the cash options the best?
Is there another way I should use the points like hotels?

If you are able to fly that cheap across the pond, I would hold on to your points and just book the revenue ticket.

Which NC airport and do layovers matter?
Charlotte has many options as an AA hub but RDU has options now with AA to LHR, LX to FRA, and DL to CDG.
Your points can get you to the last two pretty easily from RDU with availability in Business at least one way.
But it depends on if you care about where to go, how you get there, and on which carrier.

I would pay the cash as that’s very cheap for a flight to Europe!
