Can I Select 2 Airlines For $200 AMEX Platinum & Business Platinum?
Can I have a different selected airline for the Amex Platinum consumer card than for the Amex Business Platinum?
Would prefer to have more options than crediting all the credit to one airline.

Yes, you can have a different airline for every AMEX card that has the credits.

Yes, they are two different products so no issue.
