Can I Add My Child As Authorized User On My Credit Card?
I want to add my 7 year old as an authorized on my Capital One Venture X.
Is that allowed?
The reason is I’m not having P2 take a slot on the 5/24 with Capital One but P2 and 7 year old are traveling together and want them to get into Capital One Lounge at IAD.
Can my 7 year old bring P2 as his guest into the lounge?

Good idea but won’t work unfortunately as Priority Pass is only issued to people 18+ as authorized user.

I added my 13 and 15 year old.
No SSN is required.
This is because they are old enough to travel on their own and enter the Plaza Premium lounges (do not need the priority pass to enter), just show the Capital One card.
I would call the Capital One lounge and ask them if they would allow a 7 year old with their own card to come along with a guest.

Capital One doesn’t have a minimum age for authorized users.
I don’t know if it’ll work for Capital One Lounge though.
