Air France charged me 100 euros for canceling a business ticket booked within 24 hours.
The travel date was more than a month away.

Yes, call though because if you use the online form they will charge the €50 automatically.
They will cancel and refund miles almost instantaneously, the taxes and fees take 3-5 business days usually.
I’ve done this a few times in the last few months.

Yes, you can cancel for free BUT you have to call in because you still can’t cancel awards online.
