Would I be able to transfer Delta SkyMiles to Flying Blue?
I have miles in both Delta and KLM Flying Blue programs and would like to combine them.

Nope, you can’t transfer SkyMiles to Flying Blue.
You could potentially book through Delta a flight operated by KLM / Air France but there is no way to transfer SkyMiles directly to Flying Blue.

If you have Chase Ultimate Rewards or AMEX Membership Rewards, you could transfer to Flying Blue.
There is no way to combine Delta and Flying Blue.
