Can I Transfer Delta SkyMiles To Virgin Atlantic?
Can you transfer Delta Skymiles to Virgin Atlantic to book flights?
Or do I have to do a Chase Ultimate Rewards transfer to Virgin Atlantic and then book the Delta flight I want?

No you can’t transfer SkyMiles to anywhere.
You’d have to do Chase to Virgin Atlantic, if there is award availability on that flight, you can book and potentially fly Delta metal.
But I would first check Virgin before doing any transfers and see if there are any fuel surcharges.
