Best Dublin Car Rental Company?
Hey all!
We’re planning a road trip through Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland!
We’d love to rent one car in Dublin and use it for the entire trip, taking the ferry over to Scotland.
Does anyone have recommendations for Irish rental car companies that allow this?
Ideally, we’d pick up and drop the car off at the same place in Dublin.

Europcar might be a good option!
Since they’re based in Europe, they’re probably more familiar with rentals that cross borders.
Just to be safe, check the fine print while booking to see if there are any fees for taking the car on a ferry to Scotland.
If you can’t find anything clear, it’s always worth calling their customer service to double-check.
