Can I Use United Flight Credit & Miles On 1 Booking?
Can you use a United flight credit and MileagePlus miles together when 1 booking?
I used an expiring United Travel Bank credit (thanks IHG) to buy a flight then canceled so it became a credit for just under $100.
I always use miles to fly United and don’t have any plans to fly solo, so ideally I’d be able to have my kids on the itinerary and use the credit plus miles for all of us.
Does anyone have data on this?

I was checking into this as well this week.
We each had an IHG travel bank credit that will expire in early January.
I booked $75 flights for March 2024 that will likely cancel.
The kicker is the credit is either a travel certificate or future travel credit and it matters which they are for the time you have to book and/or use them.
You can not use travel credits with points.
Here is the place I ended up on United to learn about what combines and when you can use it.

No unfortunately you can’t use United travel bank credit on miles booking.
