Do AMEX Offers Count For Minimum Spend Requirement?
When you get reimbursed for spending via AMEX offers, does this still count toward spend to complete the minimum requirement to get the sign up bonus?
For example, the Walmart monthly membership with Amex business gold card or an AMEX offer for hotel spend.
