Do Amex Platinum, Amex Gold, and Amex Green cards count toward Chase 5/24 rule?

Yes, but in my opinion Amex Platinum and Gold are worth the slot.
Amex Green should be sign up bonus only if you are over 5/24 and just want to keep digging that hole.

Yes AMEX personal cards count towards 5/24.
Only business versions don’t count.
