Is it possible to receive a refund from Citibank for the annual fee if the credit card is canceled within a certain timeframe, such as within the first 30 days of activation or renewal?
I am curious about Citibank’s policy regarding annual fee refunds in situations where a cardholder decides to cancel their credit card shortly after obtaining it or renewing it.

I canceled my Citibank American Airlines credit card last month, and the entire annual fee was refunded within a couple of days.
This occurred approximately three weeks after the fee was initially posted.
