Does Credit Card Extended Warranty Protection Apply For Items Bought Outside US?
Are there any credit cards that give me Extended Warranty and Return protection for items bought outside the US?

Hmm not sure.
Usually, you have to provide receipts and stuff but it shouldn’t be an issue.
Best thing is to call Visa or Mastercard and ask them.
