Does IHG Diamond Status Extension With Ambassador Still Work?
Does anyone know if IHG Diamond Status extension with Ambassador still works?
It seems it was killed in mid-September but I am wondering if there’s a chance.
I have Hyatt, Hilton, and Wyndham but wondering worth keeping it if Ambassador still works.
I haven’t seen many good data points other than the posts travel websites are stating back in mid-September.

IHG Diamond is so weak as a status.
I’m Hyatt Globalist and Hilton Diamond as well.
I have received no value in Diamond over Platinum.

I have Ambassador and Platinum through my business credit card.
I closed the business and the credit card along with it.
My Ambassador is still keeping me at Platinum.

The trick whereby you could renew IHG Diamond status by purchasing InterContinental Ambassador status seems to have ended.
