Does MGM Waive Resort Fees For Gold Status?
Does MGM Hotels waive resort fees for MGM Gold status if I book via the Chase travel portal for $50 annual hotel credit?
Also, does anyone have any recommendations/strategies to stay in Vegas for cheap in cash?
I have all the Atlantic City status match statuses and I’m already using the free nights at the Conrad Las Vegas I’m trying to extend the trip but hotels keep baiting me with the darn resort fees.

Wyndham Business Earner card gets you Caesars Diamond status via match, which waives Caesars resort fees.
So that gives you some other options.
As others said, MGM needs direct booking for MGM Gold waived resort fees.

You need to book via the MGM website or app to be able to use MGM Gold to waive resort fees.
Generally speaking, if you’re finding expensive room rates it’s for a reason.
Status matching is only going to work so far in reducing costs.
