Help! I Keep Getting Qantas Dennied Access Banner
I’m trying to book a Jetstar flight using Qantas points.
I can log in to the Qantas site without any issues, but when I try to select a specific flight to book, I get a big “access denied” error message.
What’s happening and why do I keep getting an error on the Qantas website?

The Qantas website is really bad, and using a desktop is only a little better.
The app is awful.
It’s so frustrating dealing with this in Australia.
Call them if you have the patience, and don’t pay the “points service fee” since the site isn’t working.

Typically when I run into airline website issues like this it is either:
1) VPN – so turn it off
2) Ad blocking – turn off all extensions and ad block settings (sometimes this is built into the browser)
3) Browser issue – try Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc
4) Desktop issue – so try using their mobile apps
Usually one of these changes will fix it.
Otherwise, you will have to call in and manually book it.
