How Does Enterprise Free Car Upgrades Work?
I am about to book my rental for my upcoming vacation.
I have enough Enterprise points to get a free standard-size car for a week.
I have never used my “free car upgrades” and am curious how to use Enterprise free upgrade?
I’m Platinum with Enterprise and would like to use my free Enterprise Platinum upgrade for this trip if possible even though I’m booking with points.
Can I do this?
I’ve never booked with points so any advice helps!

You get 4 free car upgrades per program year with Platinum status.
They physically mail you these coupons and you need to show it when you pick up the car.
