How does the boarding pass work booking with airline partners?
I am about to book an award flight using Avianca LifeMiles and it’s on United metal.
Is that process easy?

Yes, it’s very easy.
You just take the confirmation number you get from LifeMiles and you can pop it into the United Airlines website or app.
Actually, it’s possible that you may need to get the United confirmation number from LifeMiles, but I’m pretty sure that the LifeMiles confirmation number works at the United site.
Worst case, you’ll have to call LifeMiles and ask for the United number.
And you’ll just check in through United.com or the United app.
