How To Cash Out Capital One Venture X Travel Credit?
I have a $175 travel credit expiring soon on my Capital One Venture X credit card in 2 weeks.
I’m wondering how to cash out my Venture X travel credit before it expires?
What happens if I book via the Capital One Travel Portal, a $ 200-a-night refundable hotel in 3 months and I cancel it after the $175 credit posts?
Should I cancel it before or after the initial 2-week expiration of the credit, or does that not matter?

It doesn’t work like that.
This is Capital One, not Chase.
You must spend within their portal.
Any refunds will also be processed through the portal.

Only thing I can think of is booking a ticket via Capital One that allows you to cancel and get credit for future travel.
Southwest comes to mind but I don’t think they are part of Capital One Travel Portal.
Maybe Delta or Alaska?
You’ll have to search and see which airlines allow this.
