How To Change JetBlue Award Flight Online?
I booked an JetBlue award flight with “Blue Extra,” which offers “free change/cancel/same-day switches.”
However, when I attempt to change my booking online, it states that “Points bookings cannot be changed online. Please cancel the booking…then rebook.”
What exactly does “free changes” mean in this context?
Can anyone guide me on how to change a JetBlue award flight online?

You have to cancel and rebook with JetBlue.
You paid to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
