I thought that when you rented an EV from Hertz, you didn’t need to charge it before returning it.

I might be wrong, but I thought they did that because not many people were renting their Tesla Model 3s.

From what I have heard, it seems like you can get free gas at Dollar Car Rental and free EV charging with Hertz.

It’s still unclear if they’ll make you book a “special rate for Magenta members” that includes these costs.

Seems you need to book via T-Mobile page and the rate is worse than booking normally.
