How To Keep Avianca LifeMiles From Expiring?
I did a targeted promotion last year to keep my Avianca Lifemiles from expiring but now a year has passed and my Lifemiles are going to expire again.
Does anyone have any other ideas to keep my Lifemiles from expiring?

The easiest way is to transfer in 1,000 AMEX Membership Rewards or Capital One points every year.

If you transfer miles in, that will extend them but FYI, I have found LifeMiles extremely difficult to use.
They used to be good.
I booked North America to South Asia multiple times for around 90k miles but now you can’t find anything.
I have 198k miles sitting around waiting to be used.
Frustratingly buggy website, has non-existent customer service, and currently are the worst miles I own.

Can buy whatever the minimum amount is to keep them active if you can’t transfer in points from somewhere else.
