    When we built our houses we bought all the materials ourselves, with the contractor putting together the materials list.

    You might ask to see if you can do something like this.

    I use Melio!

    They charge a fee but that’s how I used to pay my contractor.

    Same boat here but realized that with CashApp, you can pay by Credit Card and the other person can deposit into their bank without fees on either side!

    Bring on the tankless water heater!!!!

      As far as I understand there is a 3% charge for paying with a credit card on Cash App.

      It’s similar to Venmo or PayPal.

      Might still be worth it to meet sign up bonus.

    Ask your contractor if you can pay on of his/her vendors for them either credit card.

    We got a new roof the other year and our contractor let us pay our entire bill due him by paying one of his suppliers for him.

    Use your card to pay them through Venmo or Paypal.

    There is a fee but might be worth it.

    Cash advances DO NOT earn points and there is a hefty fee so avoid at all costs!
