How To Redeem Multiple Award Tickets On Turkish Airlines?
Turkish Airlines Star Award Flight question:
I found a flight that has availability in economy and business on Turkish Airlines for award flights operated by Air Canada, but I need 4 tickets.
On the Turkish Airlines website, it doesn’t allow me to purchase 4 tickets at a time.
I don’t know how many award seats are available.
I emailed the sales office, and they are not able to see the count of seats either.
I don’t want to transfer my Capital One points until I know I can purchase the award tickets for the whole family.
Has anyone run into a similar situation with Turkish Airlines?
And if so, how did you resolve it?
Or is it a lost cause trying to redeem through Turkish Airlines for family travel?
UPDATE:
I was able to book 4 business seats through Turkish Airlines by calling the customer service line.
You can reserve the tickets without having to transfer any points from Capital One card.
They are able to reserve it for over 48 hours.
Once I had the reservation, I transferred the points over and called back to pay the taxes and fees.
The flight is operated by Air Canada, so I had to call Air Canada afterward to make the seat assignments.
Turkish Airlines and Air Canada‘s customer service were very helpful throughout the whole process.
It just took a little time on the phone with the reps, but well worth it!

If you tried the app, you should be able to see if there are 4 seats available and it will also calculate how taxes are then you can call Turkish airlines to book.

I ran into this problem for 2 tickets and was able to call Turkish to have them check the availability and book it.

Call Turkish Airlines and make the reservations with an agent on the phone.
