You can use Singapore KrisFlyer with Lufthansa to get miles from your Chase account.
I’ve booked several trips with Lufthansa like this.
The only catch is it takes a day or two for the miles to show up in your KrisFlyer account.

You can’t move Chase points to any of those airlines directly.
But since they’re part of the Star Alliance, you can use Air Canada Aeroplan or United MileagePlus, which work with Chase as transfer partners, to book flights on them.
Virgin Atlantic is also sometimes an option for booking ANA and partners with Chase for transfers.
Before you transfer points from Chase to any airline, make sure to check the airline’s website for available flights using miles.
Not all flights can be booked with miles at any time; only those with award space are eligible.
When booking through a partner airline, the flight must have partner award space.
If a flight doesn’t show up in the award flight search options, it’s likely not available for booking with that airline’s miles.
Only transfer Chase points after confirming the availability of the desired flight, as transfers are irreversible.
The Points Guy has the full list of airlines eligible for Chase point transfers, along with instructions on when and how to transfer.

Check if you can book flights with Air Canada or United for Swiss and Lufthansa.
When I searched this summer, Lufthansa had more available flights for me than Swiss, but that might be because I have nonstop Lufthansa flights to Europe without needing to change planes.
