How Do I Use My Hyatt Free Night Certificate?
Looking to use my Hyatt Free Night Certificate (FNC) at Hyatt Centric in Waikiki, Hawaii.
It is available with points but when I try to book it will not take my certificate.
I tried looking for pay my way but it doesn’t even have that button for me.
Any suggestions as to why it won’t use my award certificate?
How do I fix it?
Just call?

Great hotel but so frustrating to book.
We have stayed there twice with points but it has been ridiculously hard to do.

Pay my way shows up under the cash rate – do you have that for the same room?
But if the room is FNC eligible, there should be an option when you choose the points room for “Free night”.
Make sure that is selected, not points.

Is there something like a 2-night minimum?

Which room type is available on points?
At which rate?

FNC’s typically can only be used when there are standard rooms available.
For example, if just suites are just available, you won’t be able to use the FNC on that
