Is 1 Hour Enough Time To Connect At Paris CDG Airport?
Any data points on having a 1:05 hour flight connection at Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport (CDG)?
What is CDG minimum connection time?
I booked an award ticket and it’s all on Air France.
It’s our return home and the first leg is at 5:30 am (so in theory we should be able to get on a later flight to LAX if necessary) but I’m concerned that even if I pay for an Air France escort to expedite us, we won’t make the connection.
Is 1 hour enough layover time at CDG?

Which terminals?
Way too tight for me, especially with the additional checks for US bound flights.

Literally did 2F to 2E last week.
Wasn’t super busy and it took about an hour.

Probably not enough time.
If your inbound flight is delayed by even 15 minutes, then you are screwed.
I’d say a minimum of 2 hours but 3 to be safe.

There’s no immigration on this connection (would be on opposite direction).
It’s very tight.
I had 90 minutes a couple of weeks ago and made it comfortably but I was lucky.
I would change the flight if possible.
If not, hope there’s space on the next one, or shift the AMS one to earlier.
I’m pretty sure there are several.

Not enough time.
CDG is huge and not well organized.
I always plan for 2 hours minimum.
You’d probably need more if your flight from AMS is delayed.

We were there last week and it was a mess… even if you make, your bags likely won’t.
I would try changing one leg of your flight to make the connection at least 90 mins.

I probably wouldn’t risk this, but IF I did I’d recommend an escort.
I know AF offers the service, but they were actually more expensive than the service we used.
They skip ALL the lines and know the shortest routes to take.
We used Chabe for their VIP connection service.
It was 180 euros for 3 people.
I don’t think they charged extra for my son, whereas AF charges per person.

Very helpful to me with an equally short time frame Be prepared in advance.
Don’t stop for anything, not to go to the bathroom or look at screens.
I made it with 15 minutes to spare before boarding.
