Is FareDrop Premium Membership Worth It?
I’m trying to decide if I should upgrade to the Faredrop premium membership and if it is worth it?
I’ve tried to read all the Faredrop reviews but no one can seem to answer my main questions.
Does Faredrop give you cheap flights that you pay cash for or does it give you cheap flights you could use points for?
Are there any other cheap flight email subscription services like FareDrop that you would recommend to maximize savings on travel bookings?

If you have an unplanned vacation coming up, I think it’s worth it!
I signed up when they did their last sale because we knew we wanted to go somewhere for our 15th Anniversary but weren’t set on a specific place.
We ended up getting insanely cheap flights to Norway (after being notified by FareDrop) and the savings there EASILY paid for the membership!

I have gotten about five notifications with incredible prices that are so worth it!

There are also a few other cheap flight services that get good reviews and are free to sign up to try.
One is Scott’s Cheap Flights (now Going.com) and the other is Thrifty Traveler.
Thrifty Traveler does alerts for award travel on points which is nice.

FareDrop sends you flights with cash fares.
You get emails with links to Google Flights.
