LifeMiles Website Broken – Won’t Add Credit Card To Pay For Ticket
I am trying to book an Avianca Lifemiles award ticket and the Lifemiles website is broken and won’t let me buy the ticket with my credit card.
I made it to the final page where you pay and finalize the ward and added my credit card but the “Complete Reservation” box is shaded out and it won’t let me buy the ticket even though I filled in all the required information.
There is no error code or anything, it just won’t let me click on the Complete Reservation box.
I am not sure what to do.

I just booked a LifeMiles ticket and had the same issue.
Make sure every box is filled in.
Usually, there is a box that says something like credit card pin code.
The US credit cards don’t have a PIN, so you can just enter anything in the box and it should work.
I put 0000 and it worked and the Complete Reservation box turned green so I could click on it.
The LifeMiles website is notoriously bad.
