What’s Best Credit Card Payment Strategy For Maximum Credit Score?
Just got approved for my first Amex Gold card.
This is the first time I’ve been approved for a charge card.
Does anyone have any good advice on payments?
(Always pay in full, keeping a balance, etc)

AMEX frequently offers generous bonus points if you register for “pay over time”.
Once you have the card you could call AMEX to see if such an offer is on your card.
If not, don’t agree to sign up for that. An offer will be coming your way eventually.
That said, there is no requirement for you to carry a balance to receive the bonus, so don’t do that.

Charge card = pay in full.

Always pay in full, period!
