What’s Best Travel Backpack For Carry On Only Flights?
I’m really annoyed with my current travel backpack whenever I fly.
It’s a 30 liter North Face Recon Backpack.
My main issue is with the front pocket where you usually keep pens and small stuff – it intrudes into the main pocket, making it hard to pack efficiently.
It’s great for hiking, but not so much for air travel.
I’m in the market for a new one that has both a chest strap and a hip belt, preferably 30-35 liters in size, and can fit a 16-inch laptop.
Has anyone tried the PRVKE backpack who isn’t a photographer?
How does it fare as a regular backpack?
Does it fit in the overhead bin or do you have to stow it under the seat in front of you?
Most of the travel backpacks mentioned in other posts don’t have a hip belt, which is a must for me due to a shoulder injury.
I’ve checked out smaller 20L Osprey and Cotopaxi bags in that size range, but they didn’t impress me much (although I do love my larger 40L Osprey for actual backpacking).
