• What’s Best Way To Get Chinese Travel Visa?

For those who’ve traveled to China, what’s your suggestion for the best way to get Chinese travel visa?

I am American and planning on visiting China in the next 6 months and was told I need a China travel visa but am unsure how to get one.

Does China have visa on arrival or do I need to go to Chinese embassy to get a travel visa to visit China?

I recently obtained my visa through a company for convenience, although it wasn’t cheap.

Since I’m traveling for work, my company covered the cost.

While the convenience was great, it came at a price.

Are you conveniently located near a Chinese embassy?

I utilized MyChinaVisa.com in February to prepare for my upcoming trip this week.

I opted for expedited service, which totaled $468.

Additionally, I paid for them to retain a digital copy of my visa for security purposes.

This fee covered a 10-year, multi-entry visa, and the entire process took approximately two weeks from document submission to receiving my passport with the visa.

You can do it online via the Chinese embassy, but you need to pick a US consulate location.

I personally went to the Chinese embassy in Berlin but it took almost 2 weeks.

If you are only going for a few days and transiting, China has visa free travel option but you are limited to only a few days.
