    Secrets Akumal was really nice.

I loved the snorkeling right off the beach.

The food was good, but not excellent.

We have enjoyed Secrets Akumal and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana.

Zilara is connected to Ziva, and some of the restaurants are on the Ziva side, so it is not entirely kid-free while dining.

Check out Secrets Tides Punta Cana.

It opened in January and costs around $600 to $1,000 per night.

It is a category C property, meaning it costs 21,000 to 29,000 points per night.

I think it is a great value.
