We are planning to take a train from Madrid to Barcelona in August.
Do you have any suggestions regarding which train to take?

We booked our trip through OUIGO, and it was a great experience.
We traveled from Madrid (Puerta de Atocha) to Barcelona (Sants).

I recently visited Spain and found that purchasing a same day train ticket was quite expensive.
In fact, flying was almost the same price.
On my return journey, I opted to use Avios points to book a flight, which turned out to be very affordable.
It’s an alternative idea that takes about the same amount of time.
