I don’t know when your trip is, but a new Priority Pass lounge just opened called The Club SFO.

It’s a Club which aren’t thought that well of normally, but this one looks huge and is brand new, definitely seems to be the nicest one I’ve ever seen.

    I haven’t been yet.

It’s in Terminal 1 which might be easier to get to than International Terminal A.

This past April all the PP lounges were full, so you can try going but still might be turned away.

China Air and Golden Gate aren’t great but I think people give them a worse time than they should.

China Air also has limited hours for PP, they prioritize their airline customers, and I can’t recall on Golden Gate.

If your bar is DFW Cap One, none of those are anything like that.

The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse is nice and you order hot food off a QR code, but it’s hours are limited.

I go to all three of those all of the time at SFO by hopping terminals.

I never have an issue and find it worth it, but I’m always alone or occasionally with a friend.

If I’m honest I’d expect you would only find the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse *maybe* worth it, so I’d consider that if your layover falls under the parameters of their open hours.

My husband and I tried going to China Air & Golden Gate lounge but were turned away from both.

They only accept priority pass during certain times.

To circle back – you CAN go to other terminals at SFO.

We abandoned the idea initially and then tried after further posts.

But ended up being turned away at all three lounges at around 11:30am.

We are now calling it the NO PRIORITY PASS.
