Is Chase Sapphire Preferred Better Than Sapphire Reserve?
I currently have both the Chase Sapphire Preferred and Chase Sapphire Reserve credit cards, and the annual fee for both is due this month.
I am trying to decide whether Chase Sapphire Preferred is better than Chase Sapphire Reserve and if I should close one of them.
Which is better in terms of Chase Sapphire Preferred vs Chase Sapphire Reserve?

It can be challenging to acquire both cards simultaneously.
However, I would recommend considering which benefits of the Chase Sapphire Reserve you actually utilize and whether it’s worth paying the annual fee to keep both cards.

It’s totally up to you.
Look at the benefits and whether it’s worth the annual fee, but instead of closing you should downgrade to a Chase Freedom.

Both Chase Sapphire Preferred and Chase Sapphire Reserve are great cards but it really depends on how much you use the benefits of the CSR like Priority Pass, because it has the higher annual fee.
If you just want to transfer points, then CSP is better because it has the lower annual fee.
But again it just depends on your personal situation.
