Will Alaska And AA Automatically Transfer My Luggage?
I am flying on a domestic flight reservation through Alaska Airlines.
On each leg, there are 2 flights with short layovers.
One leg is on Alaska Airlines and the other leg is on American Airlines, who are partner airlines.
Will my luggage automatically be transferred between the airlines or will I need to go to baggage claim and recheck it with each airline?
One layover is in Chicago and the return layover is in Nashville.

If all your flights are booked on the same confirmation, then yes your luggage should be checked to your final destination.

Yes they will automatically transfer.
