To circle back – you CAN go to other terminals at SFO.
We abandoned the idea initially and then tried after further posts.
But ended up being turned away at all three lounges at around 11:30am.
We are now calling it the NO PRIORITY PASS.

I travel to Asia once a year and have gone to Bangkok International Dental Center for the last 5 years and it is great.
Very affordable and it is like any facility you’d find in the US (or even better).
Asia is of course very far compared to Mexico, but you can make a vacation out of it.

I never tip at airport lounges out of principle.
You are paying for a ticket and the lounge is a service included in the ticket, so there shouldn’t be any extra tipping required.
We don’t tip the flight attendants, pilots, check-in staff, or luggage staff.
Nor do we tip the workers at Mcdonald’s at the airport.

I can’t remember the name, but I used the one outside that lets you skip the line through security.
We were waiting for a friend, and Priority Pass (via Amex) gives access to a guest.
It’s just basic food and self-serve drinks.
You can pour your own wine and grab your beer from the fridge.

I have consistently used Sixt and have been highly satisfied with their service.
They offer superior vehicles at competitive prices compared to major competitors.
It’s worth noting they are meticulous about damage, so it’s advisable to thoroughly photograph the car before departing the rental office to document its initial condition.
Additionally, I frequently utilize their services in the USA with great satisfaction.

Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways are most expensive.
There are lots of low cost carriers like Air Asia for $30.
It is a short flight so I personally would look into those.

During my two visits to Turkey, I opted for cash payments for my accommodations instead of luxury brand hotels.
I managed to book 4-star hotels for under $100 in various cities.
My suggestion is to check the cash prices before using a significant amount of points, as Turkey is known for being very budget-friendly.

Wyndham Rewards and Club Wyndham are 2 separate programs.
You can book Wyndham Hotels with Wyndham Rewards points.
You can get Wyndham Rewards points by transferring your Capital One Miles into Wyndham Rewards points.
Club Wyndham are their timeshare properties, which I don’t believe you can book with points.

I stayed for 3 weeks at Hotel Oasis.
It isn’t exactly in the Gothic Quarter but is a 1 minute walk.
Has nice rooftop pool too!
